I really don't have any great crock pot recipes, so I'm interested to see what you come up with. I'm a big fan of roast, potatoes and carrots being cooked in the CP. I add lots of spices and Cream of Mushroom soup and it always turns out really good. I also cook all my chicken in the crock pot, cut it up and then freeze it until I need it for another dish. It comes out really tender and it's easy to cook a whole frozen bag at once.
