Happy Birthday Buddy!

Tyler is 3!!!!

We started our morning singing Happy Birthday and we ended our day singing Happy Birthday!

Three years ago started out exciting and quickly turned to scary and very emotional. Tyler's labor was basically normal. On his way out he turned sideways. The Dr. quickly got him out! :0 He came out grunting and decided he needed to be lazy and needed extra attention. They rushed him to the NICU and he stayed there for 2 weeks. It was the longest two weeks of our life. Leaving the hospital ripped my heart out. Leaving your baby behind is so hard to do. I would be at the hospital by 8 am and stay until evening. I would run home play with Sydney for a little bit and then try to sleep. I would call every morning at 2 a.m. to check on my little one. My mom was a life safer. She basically lived with us those two weeks so that I could be at the hospital. We couldn't have done it without her.

NOW Mr. Tyler is a very talkative sweet little boy. He loves to bat his eyes and give me his sweet smile! He loves to love! He truly is a sweet boy. Boys are active and crazy and I love him for being that way.

Tyler - I love you! I love hearing you sing praise songs and your laugh is the best I have ever heard. Don't ever stop giving me your big kisses and hugs.

New Site

Correction made on site. I had the wrong one! hehe

Girls have I found a blog for you. I am addicted and love it. www.thepioneerwoman.com

There are many parts to this site. Cooking, Confessions, Photography, etc. There are also contests where you can win $$$$. But the best part of this site is her love story she tells about her and her husband. It is written like a novel and I'm hooked.

So if you have any extra time and even if you don't - you should check her out.

Time flies....

I cried tonight while talking to Scott. Our kids are growing up way to fast. It truly makes me so sad. Next year Sydney will be going to school three days a week!!!!
3 days of not being home with me
3 days of not eating lunch with me
3 days of not begging for candy
3 days of not playing with me
3 days of not reading books with me
3 day of not talking to me
get the point..........

I told Scott tonight I felt like I have missed out. Missed out? On what? My kids have lived every single day with me. I stay home with them!!!! I want to grab them and take a deep breath and smell them all day. I can't understand how some moms want to work. I know some have to. I'm thankful for the chance to stay home. But want to have a career??? Yes, I need a break here and there but these are my babies and only I can take care of them the way I want them to be taken care of. Careers can always come later if needed!!!(My opinon, please don't email letting me know I was rude! :))

I have always been told kids will grow up and be gone before you know it. It hurts........... I want them to stay little forever. I am truly in love with three little kissable babies. My babies.

Green Thumb

I'm not one that likes to plant flowers. I love to buy them for my sweetie and let him plant them. This morning I woke up and had the bug to plant a few flowers. I found the first pot in the shed. Our dog used to drink water out of it. I thought it would make a cute flower pot. The second one was my moms. It was brass and not that cute. I took a little blue paint and waaaalaaa!
